Zeofarm

Animal Feed Additive ( 25 kg paper bags )

Zeofarm: The zeolite which is used as a feed additive increases productivity of the farm animals (increases the live weight, milk yield, wool yield etc.) and decreases costs for feed in the farm production. The abrasiveness of the zeolite contributes to the fragmentation of the feed, which improves the digestion.

The zeolite which is used as a feed additive increases productivity of the farm animals (increases the live weight, milk yield, wool yield etc.) and decreases costs for feed in the farm production.

The abrasiveness of the zeolite contributes to the fragmentation of the feed, which improves the digestion.

Thanks to the exchange cations, the zeolite regulates the interaction between potassium, calcium and sodium, improves the assimilation of iron and other valuable microelements with stabilizing effect on the acidity of the gastric juice and concentration of ammonium nitrogen. They throw out of the body the toxic products which come from the food and are formed in the process of digestion.

The link of the clinoptilolite with the ammonium ions allows increasing of the dose of intake ammonium nitrogen and urea in the farm animal feed mixtures. The zeolite has a positive impact on the stability of the intensity and decreases the quantity of the harmful microorganisms in the gastrointestinal tract and activates the exchange processes in the organism.

Addition of zeolite to the farm feed has a positive influence on the prevention and healing of gastrointestinal diseases. In a dose of 0.5 g per kilogram of live weight, the morbidity of the gastrointestinal tract is decreased by 23 %, morbidity of the respiratory organs decreased by 17 % and fatality is reduced by 19 %.

The optimum dose for the cows is 3-5 % from the dry weight of the consumed feed. The milk yield is increased by 5-15 %, the morbidity is reduced.

Pigs – for the piglets and pigs, fed with dry feed, the optimum dose is 2-3 % from the weight of the dry feed. The live weight increases by 2-10 % as the morbidity reduces 6-7 times.

Sheep – the dose of zeolite is 2-5 % of the weight of the dry feed mass. The live weight is increased by 18-20 % as well as the wool production by 14 -16 %. The zeolite regulates the mineral balance in the organism, reduces the content of potassium and the result is reducing the morbidity from diarrhea and increasing the production.

In poultry farming – optimum dose is 3-5 % from the dry weight of the feed, fraction 1-3 mm. Digestion is improved, the reaction between potassium, calcium and sodium are regulated in the organism of the birds and assimilation of iron is improved. As a result, the live weight is increased by 3 to 10% and the morbidity decreases by 8 %. The quality characteristics of meat and eggs are improved.

In fish farming with slow running freshwater pools, where zeolite is applied up to 4 % from the dry weight of the feed, it is observed reduction of nitrogen and ammonium nitrate content in the water. The live weight increases by 10-18 % and morbidity decreases by 3-17 %.
