General information

Zeo-Crop-Guard is zeolite-water suspension for protection of agricultural crops, plants in nurseries or greenhouses. The product forms thin mineral barrier on the plant crops and leaves. Therefore thorough, evenly spread and consistent coverage is of high importance.
Zeo-Crop-Guard may be applied up to the harvesting day. For fresh market crops that will be not washed or for field packed crops where the residual greyish film is not desired the product application could be stopped a week or two weeks before the harvest. Due to the cooling effect of the product the crop maturity could be slightly delayed.

Mixing and application instructions

  1. Slowly add Zeo-Crop-Guard powder into a part of the needed water put in the sprayer tank. Shake vigorously. Add the rest of the water and homogenize the suspension. Mix well and spray the s on the mixture on plant’s crops and leafs.
  2. Shake the sprayer occasionally during application.
  3. At the end of the application the system and especially the nozzles should be flush with fresh water. Properly dispose the sprayer of rinse water.
  4. The recommended proportion is 150 to 250 g Zeo-Crop-Guard in 4 l clean water.
  5. After application and dying plants color will be changed to light greyish. The best coverage is achieved when the light greyish color is even. This is an indication for availability of proper film formation.
  6. Spraying of the mixture is good to be done on wet plants in normal temperature. Do not spray on windy or gusty conditions as well.

Protection effect

Zeo-Crop-Guard helps for reduction of heat and water stress which leads to improved color of the fruits, better smoothness and size with less russet, dropping, sunburn and cracking.
